Scope of delivery
Aluminum bend dies
The scope of delivery includes several precisely manufactured bending dies made from high-quality die-cast aluminum. These different bending dies enable flexible and precise bending of pipes in different diameters, so that you always have the right tool for every application to hand. The fittings are particularly durable and ensure burr-free, repeatable bending results for both soft-annealed copper pipes and multi-layer aluminum composite pipes. This means you are optimally equipped for versatile use on construction sites and in the workshop.
Steel counter dies
The set also includes several robust hardened steel counter holders, which ensure reliable guidance and fixing of the pipes during the bending process. The selection of different counter holders allows the bending device to be flexibly adapted to different pipe diameters and materials. The solid construction ensures consistently high bending quality, and thanks to the quick-release coupling with aluminum side parts, quick changes are possible without time-consuming assembly - for maximum efficiency and convenience in every application.
Carry case
The high-quality transport case ensures safe and orderly transportation of the bending machine and all accessories, including all bending moulds and counter holders. Thanks to the sturdy and precisely fitting inserts in the case, every part stays in place and is reliably protected from knocks, dirt and moisture. The ergonomic handle and compact design make it easy to transport to different locations so that you always have all your equipment to hand and are perfectly prepared for any task.
