Counterformers for the FLEX 22 and FLEX 22V
For diameters ranging from 10 to 22 mm and corresponding inch sizes, CBC supplies twin-groove bronze counterformers, each of which serves two or more diameters. For diameters from 24 to 30 mm and 1″ and 1 1/8″, CBC supplies single-groove counterformers made of spheroidal cast iron. The manual UNI 22 utilizes the same counterformers.
There is a nylon counterformer for multilayer pipes with a diameter of 32 mm, a brass counterformer for small pipes with diameters of 6 and 8 mm, and a counterformer for coated pipes with a diameter of 30 mm.
CBC also lists eight of these counterformers as special counterformers for the reduced shaft of the UNI 60 AI and the UNI 63 with mandrel kit (formerly UNI 30 SPEED): 420013, 420009, 420014, 420008, 420010, 224018, 224017, and 420006.
