The twin roller guide for the UNI pipe benders
For pipes with walls over 2.5 mm thick, CBC replaces the counterformer with a twin roller guide. The guide has two counter rollers that match the pipe's diameter, preventing the outside of the pipe from flattening. The twin roller guide is used with formers of types C, E, L, H, and G.
CBC supplies one guide per machine without rollers, which are ordered separately according to pipe size. For the UNI 76, guide 000799 covers pipes up to 2″ GAS and guide 0001101 covers larger diameters.
