The CBC PS welding mirrors at a glance

CBC manufactures PS welding mirrors for pipes made of PB, PE, PP, and PVDF. The plate is double thermally insulated and PTFE-coated so that the molten pipe material does not stick to it.

There are six sizes available, ranging from the PS 120, which is designed for pipes with a diameter of 110 mm, to the PS 300, which is designed for pipes with a diameter of 280 mm. The PS 120 I has an inclined plate at 45° for special applications. Each size is available with a fixed temperature of 220°C (TF) or an adjustable temperature from 50°C to 300°C (TR).

All versions connect to 230 V/50 Hz, and the power ranges from 600 W for the PS 120 and PS 160, to 800 W for the PS 200, to 1,300 W for the PS 250 and PS 300. CBC supplies each welding mirror in a metal case with a fork stand.
