Mingori GS 30 and GS 60 at a glance
The GS bending module transforms the Mingori OB 30 or OBM 60 into a rotary draw bender. With the same cylinder action used for push bending, the tube is drawn around the form. The GS 30 is operated by hand and is suitable for small workshops or sites for small production runs. The GS 60 has an electric motor and can bend medium production runs without requiring physical effort.
Both machines can bend steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and copper alloys up to 40 mm in diameter and from 0 to 180° with hollow tooling. Thin-walled tubes are bent over an articulated or rigid mandrel. A mandrel arm of 2 or 3 meters is added to the module for this purpose. The machines are supplied without tooling. Owners of an OB 30 or OBM 60 can order the module alone.
