Mingori VOS and VOMS at a glance
The VOS and VOMS models combine a Mingori bending cylinder and a VO oscillating-cylinder attachment to bend tubes by winding them around the form. According to the manufacturer, this results in short radii with minimal tube deformation. The attachment can bend up to 120° on relatively thin tubes with walls ranging from 1 to 3.2 mm. With mandrel tooling and a mandrel arm, it can bend even thinner walls ranging from 0.8 to 4 mm.
The VOS 102 (manual) and the VOMS 204 (electric) are based on the 12-ton OB 30 and the 12-ton OBM 60. They can bend round tubes from 10 to 60 mm in diameter. The VOS 40 and the VOMS 140 use the 18-ton OB 40 and the 18-ton OBM 140. They can bend tubes up to 80 mm in diameter. Suitable materials include stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and steel tubes for construction, heating, and thin-walled hydraulics. The machines are supplied without tooling. Forms for hollow or mandrel bending are selected according to the tube.
