The CBC mini ring rolling machines at a glance
CBC's mini ring rolling machines (minicalandre in Italian) can roll profiles, flat bars, and metal pipes into arcs and full rings at angles ranging from 0° to 360°. The material is formed with the operating arm on the manual machine and with a single-phase geared motor (230 V/50 Hz) controlled by a foot pedal on the digital machine. With optional accessories, metal pipes can also be bent from 0° to 180° upon request.
Both machines have aluminum and steel bodies and are fixed to the workbench with the supplied support. Three universal rollers for profiles and flat bars are included. For round pipes, CBC offers sets of three rollers for each size of pipe from 6 to 22 mm.

Ring rolling capacity of the mini ring rolling machines
Copper and annealed brass pipes, as well as bonderized steel pipes (St 35.4), are rolled up to 22 x 3 mm. Stainless steel (AISI 304/316) is rolled up to 16 x 2 mm.
Rolling angle: 0° to 360°.
