Dies for the Mod. 97 adapter

The Mod. 97 adapter cuts threads from 2″1/2 to 4″ on smaller CBC threading machines. CBC lists two die sets for it: a set for BSPT right-hand threads (000-097-001) and a set for NPT right-hand threads (FF42213), each covering 2″1/2 to 4″.
