The ultra-flat cylinders of the SA series are made of high-quality, specially treated steel and offer a high degree of guidance and stability despite their reduced overall height. Thanks to a comprehensive non-stick and corrosion protection treatment, these cylinders are characterized by exceptional resistance and durability. The threaded piston is equipped with a securing nut, which allows a mechanical securing of the load in the desired position.

Technical Specifications

  • Pressure force: 60 to 1000 tons – suitable for applications with very high load requirements.
  • Hub: 45 or 50 mm, depending on the model – sufficient to efficiently lift or position heavy loads.
  • Load piston return: Ensures a controlled return of the piston after loading.
  • Non-stick and corrosion protection coating: For reliable use in demanding environments such as rough construction sites or industrial applications.
  • Lift-limiting venting hole: Prevents overload and increases safety during operation.
  • Threaded piston with locking nut: Ensures mechanical fixation of the load and increases safety during use.
  • Pivotable piston head: Adjusts the load and improves stability on uneven surfaces.
  • Screwable female 1⁄2-coupler 3050.3 with protective cap: Safe and easy connection to the hydraulic system, whereby the protective cap protects the connection from dirt and damage.
