CBC formers type H for hydraulic pipes
Type H formers are made of spheroidal graphite iron and bend steel and stainless steel pipes for oil hydraulics without a mandrel – with tight radii of about twice the pipe diameter. The pipe wall must be at least 3 mm thick.
CBC makes each type H former for the pipe diameter and radius required. The article numbers stand for a radius range with a maximum pipe diameter; please state the outside diameter and the radius of your pipe when ordering. According to CBC's table, formers up to Ø 45 mm fit the UNI 42, 60, 70/C and 76, the Ø 60 mm formers the UNI 70/C and 76; the CBC price list also names the UNI 63.
