The CBC 220 at a glance
The CBC 220 threads, cuts, and deburrs metal pipes ranging from 1/4″ to 2″ in diameter. It stands on a folding stand, and an oil tray collects the lubricant. With the Mod. 97 adapter, it can also cut threads up to 4".
A 1.5 kW single-phase induction motor (230 V, 50 Hz, 11 A, 2,800 RPM) drives the self-opening die head at 38 RPM. A built-in gear pump supplies oil to the chasers, the tool carriage is fed by a handwheel, and an emergency stop button with a manual reset stops the machine.
CBC delivers the 220 with a die head for 1/8" to 2", a pipe cutter for 1/8" to 2", a deburrer for 3/8" to 2", the folding stand, an oil tray, two one-liter cans of threading oil, and BSPT chasers for 1/2"–3/4" and 1"–2". The machine measures 1100 × 1100 × 1200 mm and weighs 55 kg with the stand.
