SSVH TB at a glance
Like the UB, the TB cylinders are built for lifting heavy components, but with a longer stroke of 40 to 70 mm. A built-in spring returns the piston, so the cylinder also retracts without load. SSVH recommends them for heavy-duty work in places that are hard to reach; the closed height starts at 88 mm for the 5-tonne model.
Every size comes in two versions: L with a smooth piston and S with a threaded piston and safety nut, which holds a load mechanically over longer periods. The piston runs in a guide and stop ring; the cylinders are treated against seizing and corrosion and have a 3/8 NPT port with a 3050.3 half coupler. The 140 and 220 t models have an oscillating piston head as standard; for 5 to 105 t it is available on request, as are threaded fixing holes in the base.
