The FLEX 22 at a glance
The CBC FLEX 22 is a compact and lightweight electric pipe bender that can be used on site. It has a double-insulated 400 W motor that runs on 220 V/50 Hz (110 V available upon request) at 0–650 rpm under load. The body is made of aluminum, and the maximum bending angle is 180°.
For work requiring the bending angle to be reached with maximum precision, CBC offers the FLEX 22V. It has an additional display showing the angle in degrees while bending and is powered by four 1.5-volt AA batteries. The FLEX 22 weighs 7.5 kg and the FLEX 22V weighs 8 kg.
Both models include an attachment for expanding the ends of annealed copper pipes up to 42 mm in diameter. Commercially available expander heads fit both models.
Without a mains cable: CBC also builds the FLEX 22 with an 18V lithium battery (2.0Ah). It comes with the same three former sets as the mains version. CBC's price list does not specify the rest of its contents, but we will be happy to provide more information upon request.

Standard versions of the FLEX 22 and FLEX 22V
The three former sets are available for the FLEX 22, the FLEX 22V, and the FLEX 22 with a battery. The mains versions include a machine, a carrying case, and a universal roller. For the battery versions, CBC only lists the former set.

On request, CBC supplies further aluminium formers from Ø 6 to 30 mm, inch formers up to 1 1/8", cast-iron formers for gas pipes, 4D formers and formers for parallel bends.
Bending capacity of the FLEX 22
Despite its name, the FLEX 22 can bend hard and soft copper, as well as stainless steel (AISI 304/316) up to 28 x 1.5 mm, and plastic-coated Mannesmann pipes up to 30 mm. The universal roller bends hydraulic steel pipes up to 25 x 3 mm and gas pipes up to 3/4".

For hydraulic steel pipes and gas pipes, do not use the counterformer – use the universal roller only.
