Ring rolling with the UNI 60 COMBI-CAL
In calender mode, the UNI 60 COMBI-CAL rolls the workpiece between three rollers to create an arc or ring. For structural sections and flat bars, the CBC uses three universal rollers. For round pipes, it uses three rollers that match the pipe's diameter, whether it is metric, GAS, or WHT inch. Right and left lateral supports hold the workpiece at the correct height while it is being rolled.
The machine is delivered with three universal rollers and both lateral supports. The parts listed here serve as replacements or additions. Rollers for round pipes are made for a specific pipe size — please state the outside diameter of your pipe when ordering.
