The EUROPRESS 98/B at a glance
The CBC EUROPRESS 98/B makes press fitting joints without a mains cable: an 18 V lithium battery with 2.0 Ah drives the hydraulic pump in the aluminium body and, according to CBC, lasts for about 140 pressings per charge. Battery and charger are part of every version.
The automatic press takes the same jaws as the EUROPRESS 2001, and CBC states that jaws available on the market fit it as well. The jaws of hardened steel sit in a jaw head that rotates through 360° and are secured by a new locking pin. The machine weighs 6.3 kg.
The standard sets combine the machine, battery 008586 and charger 008585, three jaws of one profile, the EP-Control and the PVC case 010098.1. Without jaws, the machine with battery and charger is available with or without the case.

The sets of the 98/B correspond to those of the EUROPRESS 2001 and each include battery and charger. CBC gives no set designation or weight for the SV sets 15-18-22 and 15-18-28.
