SSVH UB.S.To at a glance
The UB.S.To range covers the high tonnages from 60 to 1000 tonnes. The steel cylinders are fully treated against seizing and corrosion, and despite the low closed height of 125 to 295 mm the piston keeps a long guide. The threaded piston carries a safety nut: once the load is in position, it is secured mechanically and no longer depends on the oil pressure.
SSVH names civil engineering, building construction and heavy industry as typical fields: positioning, shimming and lifting components that need very high forces. A relief hole limits the stroke, the oscillating piston head (±3°, with stop) compensates for slight misalignment, and the load returns the piston. Each cylinder has a 3/8 NPT female port with a 3050.3 half coupler and dust cap.
