The electric pipe benders M116 to GME 600 at a glance
On the M116 to GME 600, an electric motor drives the hydraulic pump, so bends from 3/8″ up to 6″ are made without pumping by hand. The bending unit matches the hand-pump model of the same size: according to the spare parts list, cylinder, piston, plates and side pins are identical – the M60, for example, uses the parts of the N. 30 and the GME 400 those of the GM 400.
The M116 and the M60 are also available as B versions for 230 V single-phase current, while all other models run on 400 V three-phase current. For series work, the M60 can be fitted with an automatic limit switch device with motor protection. For high-pressure pipes, please send us an enquiry with the pipe specification.

Models M116 to GME 600 with power supply and forms
Bending forms and pressure pads for gas pipes are part of the delivery; the GME 400, GME 500 and GME 600 bend the sizes from 3″1/2 with pressure pads.
