The UNI 70/C at a glance
The CBC UNI 70/C is a three-phase, digitally controlled pipe bending machine designed for large diameters. It bends copper, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum pipes with an outside diameter of up to 60 mm and square tubes with dimensions of up to 50 x 50 mm. The machine produces optimum and constant radii that keep the pipe cross-section intact.
A self-braking, two-speed motor (2.3/3.1 kW, 380 V) powers the machine. The touchscreen control stores up to 50 programs, each with up to nine bending angles. Its robust design, featuring a spheroidal cast iron body on a steel base frame, a quick guide positioning device for the counterformers, and two interchangeable output shafts, makes the UNI 70/C ideal for plumbing, boat building, hydraulics, and plant construction.

Bending capacity of the UNI 70/C
The UNI 70/C bends all metal pipes listed up to a 60 mm outside diameter without a mandrel. The maximum wall thickness ranges from 2 mm for electrical installation pipes to 8 mm for aluminum pipes. It can also bend square tubes up to 50 x 50 mm with a 4 mm wall thickness.
Maximum bending angle: 180°.
