The UNI 76 at a glance
The CBC UNI 76 is the universal machine in the UNI series for large pipe diameters. It bends copper, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum pipes with an outside diameter of up to 76 mm, gas pipes with an outside diameter of up to 2 1/2", and square tubes with dimensions of up to 60 x 60 mm. In addition to plumbing, hydraulics, and industrial applications, it is particularly well-suited for ornamental metalwork.
Its stability on 430 kg comes from a self-braking, two-speed, three-phase motor (3/4 kW, 380 V) and a spheroidal cast iron body on a steel base frame. The touchscreen control stores up to 50 programs, each with up to nine bending angles. It includes three interchangeable output shafts, a quick guide positioning device, a tie rod, and a counterformer support reduction.

Bending capacity of the UNI 76
All of the listed metal pipes can be bent to a maximum outside diameter of 76 mm. Wall thicknesses are 8 mm for copper and aluminum, 6 mm for steel, hydraulic, furniture, and boiler pipes, and 4 mm for stainless steel AISI 304/316. Square tubes are possible up to 60 x 60 x 3 mm.
Maximum bending angle: 180°, without mandrel.
