The UNI 70/C-OS at a glance
CBC built the UNI 70/C-OS, an electro-hydraulic, digitally controlled pipe bender that can work with or without a mandrel. The clamping devices operate hydraulically, the bending is computer-controlled, and a swivel kit adjusts the machine for either method of bending.
The standard version (380 V/50 Hz) comes with a swivel kit that includes a hydraulic mandrel extractor, a plane regulator, stops, a base for the sliding counterformer with anti-wrinkle support, and a 20 mm mandrel rod. The UNI 70/C-OS is available in five lengths ranging from 2 to 6 meters, providing a usable length ranging from 1.55 to 5.55 meters.
Formers, clamping jaws, sliding counterformers, anti-wrinkle dies, and mandrels are matched to each pipe size. Please contact us for a quote.
CBC does not publish separate figures for the UNI 70/C-OS. Since it is a version of the UNI 70/C, we provide the capacity, dimensions, and weight of the UNI 70/C without a mandrel and of the UNI 70/C with a mandrel kit.

Bending capacity of the UNI 70/C-OS without mandrel
Without a mandrel, the UNI 70/C figures apply to the UNI 70/C-OS. These include metal pipes with an outside diameter of up to 60 mm and walls of up to 2 mm for electrical installation, pipes of up to 8 mm for aluminum, gas pipes of up to 2″, and square tubes of up to 50 x 50 x 4 mm.
Maximum bending angle: 180°.

Bending capacity of the UNI 70/C-OS with mandrel
The UNI 70/C with mandrel kit can be used on copper, furniture, boiler, and aluminum pipes up to 50 mm; stainless steel pipes up to 50.8 x 3 mm; and square tubes up to 40 x 40 mm.
Minimum bending radius with mandrel: 2 × pipe outside diameter.

Swivel kit lengths of the UNI 70/C-OS
The only difference between the five versions of the UNI 70/C-OS is the kit length. The usable length shows how far from the pipe end the machine can bend.
