Mingori petroleum-type pipe benders at a glance
Mingori benders, designed for petroleum-type applications, are capable of pushing the bend of API and ASA pipes ranging from 4″ to 8″ (Ø 114.3 to 219 mm). These benders are also available with PE coating. A 30-ton double-acting cylinder works on a long frame, and the pipe runs on side rollers and forms. This setup allows for unlimited bending angles. The minimum bending radius is 2 m; there is no maximum.
Three models are available: the OB 50 P with a hand pump, the OBMP 150 with a 400-volt electric motor for workshops, and the OBMEP 150 with a gasoline engine for sites without power. The cylinder has two speeds: fast when advancing without a load and slow when under a load. An eccentric device releases the pipe after bending.
