The UNI 60 at a glance
The CBC UNI 60 expands on the mobile concept of the UNI series with larger dimensions. Without a mandrel, it can bend copper pipes up to 54 mm and multilayer pipes up to 63 mm in outside diameter. Its aluminum body and 1.30 HP motor provide high bending force while keeping the machine's weight to 60 kg, allowing it to be moved between workshops and job sites.
Three versions are available: the electric UNI 60 A with a positioning ring, the digital UNI 60 A with a touchscreen control panel, and the UNI 60 AI with interchangeable output shafts for particularly tight bending radii.
UNI 60 A – Electric Version
The electric UNI 60 A is the obvious choice for consistently bending large pipe diameters. The bending angle is set using the positioning ring. Low-voltage control electronics (24 V), angle regulation, an electric brake, and an automatic return at the end of the stroke ensure precise and repeatable bends.
UNI 60 A – Electric-Digital Version
The digital UNI 60 A features a touchscreen control unit with a multilingual microprocessor that replaces the positioning ring. Bending angles are set, monitored, and recalled digitally. The control unit stores nine programs, each with up to nine sequential bending angles, which are useful when producing the same pipe geometries repeatedly.
UNI 60 AI – Digital Version with Interchangeable Shafts
The UNI 60 AI is designed for delicate, thin-walled pipes and particularly tight radii. In addition to its 32 mm/1.26-inch square output shaft, it comes with a reduced shaft. This reduced shaft is used with special formers and counterformers to bend radii below 30 mm/1.18 inches, along with the matching counterformer support reduction. The touchscreen control can store up to 50 programs, each with nine bending angles.

With a maximum bending angle of 180° and standard radii of 3D and 4D, the UNI 60 can bend copper, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and multilayer pipes. It can be used for everything from building services and hydraulic lines to maintenance work on larger pipework.
Bending capacity of the UNI 60
The UNI 60 can bend copper and aluminum pipes with an outside diameter of up to 54 mm, as well as hydraulic, furniture, and boiler pipes with an outside diameter of up to 48 mm, and multilayer pipes with an outside diameter of up to 63 mm, without a mandrel. For stainless steel (AISI 304/316), the limit is 35 mm with a 3-mm wall thickness. All three versions have the same capacity.
The maximum bending angle is 180°.

For pipes with a wall thickness of 2.5 mm or more, use the pair of rollers instead of the counterformer.
