When the UNI 60 and UNI 70/C need the tie rod
The CBC reinforcement tie rod is used to reinforce formers of types C, E, and L when bending stainless steel pipes with an outside diameter above 33 mm and other pipes with an outside diameter above 42 mm. The same applies to the corresponding inch sizes.
The tie rod comes complete with machine-specific versions: one for the single-phase electric and digital UNI 60, one for the three-phase digital UNI 70/C, and one for the UNI 89. CBC supplies the UNI 89 with its tie rod as standard, so the latter serves as a spare part.
