The UNI 60 COMBI-CAL at a glance
The CBC UNI 60 COMBI-CAL is a two-in-one machine. As a pipe bender, it can bend metal pipes without a mandrel from 0° to 180°. As a ring roller, it can roll pipes, profiles, and flat bars into arcs and rings. During the bending process, the geared motor turns the former on the output shaft clockwise by a programmable amount corresponding to the desired pipe angle.
A 1.5 kW asynchronous motor (230 V/50 Hz, 2,800 RPM; other voltages available upon request) with an electric brake drives the cast-iron machine on its steel base. The machine weighs 170 kg. In pipe bending mode, the multilingual touchscreen sets and controls the bending angle, compensates for springback, and stores up to 50 programs, each with up to nine sequential angles. The control board runs on 24 volts.
The following items are included for both jobs: a square interchangeable shaft (Ø 32), a quick guide positioning device, two ring rolling shafts (Ø 40), three universal rollers for profiles and flat bars, two lateral supports for setting the height of the workpiece, a foot pedal, and a base. Rollers for round pipes are available as accessories.

Pipe bending capacity of the UNI 60 COMBI-CAL
The UNI 60 COMBI-CAL pipe bender can handle copper and aluminum pipes up to 54 mm, steel conduit up to 50 mm, and hydraulic, furniture, and boiler pipes up to 48 mm, as well as stainless steel up to 35 × 3 mm. It bends gas pipes up to 1 1/2″ and multilayer pipes up to 63 mm, each with a standard wall thickness.
Maximum bending angle: 180°, without mandrel.
Standard bending radii: 3D and 4D.
