The OB 2003 E at a glance
The CBC OB 2003 E is the electrically driven member of the OB family. Instead of pumping by hand, a 600-watt motor builds up hydraulic pressure. It bends annealed copper pipes, as well as stainless steel and bonderized steel pipes up to 22 mm (0.87 in) in diameter, and multilayer pipes up to 50 mm (1.97 in) in diameter. It is compatible with all accessories of the OB/85S and the OB/KIT, including formers, counterformers, and the flaring kit.
The double-insulated motor (230 V, 56/60 Hz, 2.6 A, 600 RPM) drives an aluminum hydraulic pump body. The machine body can be turned to suit any working position. The formers are made of die-cast aluminum, and the steel counterformers have die-cast aluminum sides and quickly couple without screws.
Two additional applications expand its capabilities: the kit for multilayer pipes (Ø 40 [R 151] and Ø 50 [R 199]) comes in its own case and enables the OB 2003 E to bend large multilayer pipes. The version for hydraulic lines (L, M, and N) comes with reinforced counterformers and can bend annealed stainless steel pipes up to 22 x 1.2 mm and bonderized steel pipes up to 22 x 2 mm.

Standard versions of the OB 2003 E
Versions A through I include the machine, a PVC case, and the listed formers and counterformers. Versions A through G use metric measurements, while versions H and I use inch measurements. The 14–17 counterformer also covers the 10- and 12-mm formers, which is why version B only needs two counterformers. The machine can be ordered without formers.

OB 2003 E for hydraulic lines
For oil-hydraulic systems, CBC equips the OB 2003 E with three counterformers (two reinforced: 14–17 and 18–22) and a PVC case. Version L starts at 6 mm, version M starts at 10 mm, and version N covers the inch sizes. The 16 mm former of these versions has a radius of 63 mm.

Bending capacity of the OB 2003 E
Annealed copper pipes up to 22 x 2.5 mm and multilayer pipes up to 50 x 4 mm can be bent (Ø 40 and 50 require a separate kit). The version for hydraulic lines bends annealed stainless steel up to 22 x 1.2 mm and bonderized steel up to 22 x 2 mm.
