Description
The FLEX 22 and FLEX 22V are compact, portable electric pipe bending machines designed for accurately bending copper, stainless steel, hydraulic steel, gas and plastic-coated tubes. Their lightweight aluminium construction makes them particularly suitable for installation, maintenance and repair work where pipes must be bent directly on site.
Both machines can produce bends of up to 180° and are equipped with a 400 W double-insulated electric motor. An included tube-expanding attachment also allows annealed soft copper tubes with diameters of up to 42 mm to be expanded using commonly available expander heads.
The FLEX 22V provides the same portable bending and expanding functionality as the FLEX 22, but adds an integrated digital bending-angle display. The display shows the current bending angle during operation, helping the operator reach the required angle more accurately and reproduce bends more consistently.
Portable pipe bending for installation, maintenance and workshop use
With a weight of only 7.5 kg for the FLEX 22 and 8 kg for the FLEX 22V, the machines can be transported easily between a workshop, construction site and installation location. FLEX 22
The FLEX 22 portable pipe bender is the lighter and simpler version. It is intended for users who require a compact electric tube bending machine without an electronic angle indicator.
It is a practical choice when bends are controlled using the tooling, markings, templates or established working procedures and when the lowest possible machine weight is preferred.
FLEX 22V
The FLEX 22V portable pipe bending machine is equipped with a digital display that shows the bending angle while the bend is being produced.
This version is especially useful when:
- A specified bending angle must be reached accurately
- Several pipes must be bent to comparable angles
- Bends must be reproduced more consistently
- The bending process must be monitored directly
- Templates or separate angle-measuring tools should be reduced
The display is powered independently by four 1.5 V batteries.
